Who We Are Our Mission Statement The Wolf River Area Healthcare Foundation’s mission is to seek and secure financial resources that ensure New London Family Medical Center has state-of-the-art facilities, equipment, and education. Our Vision Statement The Wolf River Area Healthcare Foundation will support healthcare in the communities we serve. All funds raised by the Foundation benefit New London Family Medical Center and its patients. The impact we have made since our inception can be felt all over the NLFMC and ThedaCare Physicians- New London campus. From the state-of-the-art Family Birth Center which was funded from our initial campaign in 2004, to the brand new ambulance that was donated last summer, to the beautiful and highly effective Surgical Services department, the patients who receive care here are reaping the benefits of high quality health care close to home. Our philanthropic impact can be felt throughout the communities served by the hospital, including: Bear Creek Clintonville Dale Fremont Hortonville Manawa Marion Medina New London Readfield Shiocton Weyauwega Others in Outagamie and Waupaca Counties
